The Sententia Vera Cultural Hub is a food and beverage collective in Dripping Springs, providing culinary experiences to the Dripping Springs community.
Chef Dan Castro and Teresa Carbajal Ravet, the owner Sententia Vera, are collaborating together that blends traditional Japanese techniques in sushi roll making with unique flavors and the vibrant culture of Dripping Springs.
