If you have not heard yet, Mabuhay Austin will be doing the Night Fun Market in May 22nd and May 23rd.
But we need to test run our menu and this is where you come in. We are testing out our concept in our new space at Prep ATX on Anderson. We are grateful for Chef Harold Villarosa for the inspiration in bringing his Kamayan to East Side King here in Austin that spurred this event.
Doing this Kamayan will be Chefs Rene Helit of The Cultured Chefs and Chef Chris Henderson of Big C’s Barbecue. Together, we will be doing a Filipino-Texan inspired BBQ Kamayan that we are super excited to share!
